Windows QuickTime Player Issue
The latest QuickTime Player (7.6.6) on the Windows platform has an issue that in some cases can cause distorted audio and/or a condition where audio can be heard with no picture. We are working with Apple to correct this problem and advise you not to install the latest QuickTime Player until this bug has been fixed. If you have already upgraded to version 7.6.6 you will need to uninstall it and re-install version 7.6.5. Your technical personnel will be able to do this for you. If you are a home user you can download the QuickTime 7.6.5 installer here: http://www.learnalberta.ca/content/quicktimeinstaller_7.6.5.zip
