What your child is learningI get to be whatever I want to be! Your
child will explore many forms of dramatic play
through movement, group drama, dance, mime, choral
speech, storytelling and puppetry. They will experiment
with dramatic techniques and symbols and express
themselves in different ways. As they develop dramatic
skills, they will also strengthen their connection
with others and discover more about themselves.

of studies How your child is assessedYour child’s learning is assessed using a variety of tools and strategies within the classroom. Ask your child’s teacher what methods they are using. The different assessment methods tell you and your child’s teacher about your child’s strengths, the areas in which they might grow and how well your child is doing throughout the course. Your child’s teacher can then change or refine their teaching plans to ensure that learning activities better meet the needs of your child. At the end of the course, your child is assessed and their achievement is reported so that you know if they have achieved the expected learning outcomes for their grade.
