Colleen Andjelic
Colleen Andjelic has taught in Alberta for twelve years at both the elementary and high school levels. Currently, she has taken a leave of absence from teaching to complete her MEd through the University of Lethbridge. Her thesis will explore teachers’ experiences with implementing critical thinking in the classroom. Colleen has been an active participant in the development of the new Alberta social studies curriculum in various writing and consultative roles. In 2004, Colleen connected with The Critical Thinking Consortium (TC2) while part of Alberta Education’s Social Studies Online Guide writing team. Soon after, she joined TC2 as a staff writer and workshop facilitator. Colleen is based out of Medicine Hat, Alberta.
