How do differing perspectives affect our interpretation of historical events?


Many of the specific outcomes related to:

General Outcome 7.1, Toward Confederation, may be addressed through critical challenges that invite students to consider the roles and interactions among Aboriginal, French and British peoples in the development of Canada up to the mid 1700s. These challenges encourage students to examine relevant historical events and influences from various perspectives.
